SYNC: The VIP Section Level 2

“Remember who you are — and whose image you bear.”

The first quarter of SYNC opens with an in-person retreat designed to help each woman pause, reconnect, and realign before stepping into the next dimension. Together we’ll explore what it means to be created by Elohim, the Creator, and how that truth defines our own creative power and authority.

Over these initial weeks, we will:

• Rediscover our spiritual identity—seeing ourselves as heaven sees us rather than through the lens of trauma, performance, or limitation.

• Reclaim spiritual authority in the areas where we’ve unconsciously surrendered power through fear, doubt, or disconnection.

• Realign the inner and outer self, bringing our earthly lives, habits, and language into harmony with who we are in the Spirit.

• Reconnect in community, building sisterhood, accountability, and shared intention through guided reflection, visualization, and prophetic conversation.

By the end of the first quarter, participants will have a clearer understanding of their divine design, a renewed sense of creative authority, and practical rhythms for staying in sync with heaven’s version of themselves.

“Establishing identity through alignment, authority, and agreement.”

In the second quarter of SYNC, we move from recognizing who we are to establishing who we are — learning to operate in the same creative authority that spoke the world into being. Here, faith meets physics, and we begin to understand how observation, focus, and language become divine tools for manifestation.

Throughout this quarter, we will:

• Explore the connection between quantum physics and prophetic faith, uncovering how what we observe and agree with in the spirit takes form in the natural.

• Strengthen spiritual authority and dominion, identifying where we’ve been passive and where God is calling us to stand and speak with boldness.

• Align our language with heaven, learning to decree and declare with precision and power.

• Arrest fear and resistance to our divine identity, building confidence in our capacity to co-create with the Father.

By the end of this quarter, participants will no longer simply believe in their identity — they will begin to move as it. They’ll operate in deeper awareness of how to yield their focus, agree with heaven, and manifest what has already been ordained.

“Creating new realities through words, work, and wisdom.”

In Quarter Three, the women of SYNC move from revelation to manifestation. This is where faith takes form — where the spiritual identity and authority cultivated in earlier quarters become visible through tangible creation.

We’ll take everything we’ve learned about observation, alignment, and authority and begin to apply it intentionally to our lives, businesses, and purposes. This quarter is all about producing fruit: naming, creating, and multiplying what God has placed in our hands.

Throughout this quarter, we will:

• Put prophetic principles into practice by creating something real — a book, a brand, a business, or a breakthrough project.

• Name and claim the next dimension of our purpose, aligning our work with divine strategy.

• Exercise word authority to decree, design, and develop new realities through intentional speech and action.

• Uncover and multiply our talents, embodying the call to stewardship and expansion seen in the Parable of the Talents.

• Demonstrate belief through manifestation, letting abundance be the evidence of identity.

By the end of this quarter, participants will have moved from speaking possibilities to building them, bringing heaven’s blueprints into tangible form and creating overflow that serves both purpose and prosperity.

“Living in rhythm with heaven — from striving to synchronicity.”

In the final quarter of SYNC, we step into completion. This is where the woman who has remembered, reclaimed, and created now learns to live as her perfected self — not through performance, but through divine rhythm.

Together, we will release the outdated definitions of what it means to live a “godly life” and reimagine what spiritual maturity looks like when it flows from identity rather than obligation. We will explore what it means to be perfected in purpose, to live in sync with heaven’s rhythm, and to walk as women who govern their worlds with grace, wisdom, and ease.

Throughout this quarter, we will:

• Redefine spiritual discipline—moving from rigid routines to responsive, Spirit-led rhythms.

• Deepen understanding of prayer and the Word, seeing them as portals for communion and creation rather than boxes to check.

• Embrace the call to perfection, exploring what it means to be “made whole” and to live from that wholeness daily.

• Integrate spiritual and natural life, establishing sustainable practices that keep us aligned with our divine identity.

By the end of this quarter, participants will be commissioned to move forward as women fully SYNC’d — walking in rhythm with heaven, living from overflow, and embodying the truth that perfection isn’t about doing more; it’s about becoming one with who God always said you are.
