I am Jessica Pontoo, affectionately known by my clients as Coach Jess—a leadership strategist, transformation coach, and nonprofit executive who has spent over a decade helping individuals and organizations move beyond intention and into meaningful, measurable impact.
My work exists at the intersection of strategy and self-leadership. In my professional capacity, I design systems, develop leaders, and support organizations in aligning their vision with execution so that their outcomes reflect the depth of their mission. In my purpose-driven work, I guide women through the process of becoming—helping them cultivate the clarity, confidence, and alignment required to live, lead, and build at the level they envision.
Over time, I have come to understand that most people are not lacking in potential. What they are lacking is alignment—the internal congruence between who they are, what they believe, and how they show up in their lives.
