I’m Jessica Pontoo, affectionately known as Coach Jess—a leadership strategist, transformation coach, and nonprofit executive committed to helping individuals and organizations move beyond intention and into meaningful, measurable impact.

My work is rooted in a simple, but often overlooked truth: the gap between where you are and where you desire to be is rarely a lack of ability. More often, it is a lack of alignment—between your identity, your decisions, and the way you show up in your life and leadership.
