You keep trying to get back
to the woman you were before.
But what if healing isn't about going back?
A full-day healing experience for women who have done the work, made the progress, and still recognize places where something from their past continues to shape how they live today. This is your invitation to stop chasing "normal" — and learn how to understand, love, and properly care for the woman you became.
SAVE MY SEATMaybe there is nothing wrong with your healing.
You've prayed. You've gone to therapy. You've journaled. You've read the books.
You've forgiven. You've cried. You've invested in yourself. You've done the work.
And yet there may still be places where you think — why am I still struggling with this?
Maybe the problem isn't that you haven't healed enough. Maybe you've been measuring healing by your ability to become someone you are no longer supposed to be. Because the woman who existed before the disruption? She doesn't exist anymore. And that doesn't mean you're broken. It means healing may require a different question.
That is the question we're coming together to answer.
We won't spend the day trying to erase your scars.
We'll learn how to read what they're telling us.
This isn't a day of sitting in a chair listening to someone tell you to heal.
Â

02-Excavate

04-Embody
Build your personal care plan and make commitments to steward the woman you're becoming.
Healing happens in community.
One of the most important decisions I made when creating SCARS™ was this: I refuse to make myself the center of it.
Â
Healing is layered. You may need support caring for your body. Your emotions. Your relationships. Your finances. Your confidence. Your boundaries. Your spirituality. Your capacity for rest, pleasure, movement, beauty — or dreaming again. No keynote can do all of that. No coach should try.
Â
That's why SCARS™ brings together carefully selected co-facilitators, wellness practitioners, community partners and women-owned businesses who can support different dimensions of the woman you're becoming. You won't simply leave with inspiration — you'll begin identifying your ecosystem of support.
Â
SCARS™ doesn't need to be your entire ecosystem.
It can introduce you to one.

I have spent years creating transformational spaces centered on confidence, identity, leadership, faith, and personal development for women and young girls. Spaces where these women and girls are introduced to the next level version of themselves. The Stories of Our Scars is not about what I can do; it is about the healing we create collectively when we show up for ourselves and for one another.Â
I know how to hold a room. But SCARS™ isn't about what I can do in a room. It's about what can become possible when the right women are in it together.
